Hannah Strickland Events works to design & facilitate an event that is reflective of each couple's story. We offer three customizable packages that ensure each client's experience is personalized & affordable.

 

Our Event Management Package works well with clients who wish to plan their wedding, but need someone to tie up loose ends on event day. (1-2 months)

 

Our Partial Planning Package provides a hands-on planning experience for those who need professional encouragement & support along the way. (6 months)

Our Full Planning Package fits well with clients who wish to plan their wedding with professional assistance throughout each step of the wedding planning process. (12 months)

EVENT MANAGEMENT PACKAGE

(5 required meetings in 1-2 months before event day) This package fits well with clients who wish to plan their wedding but need someone to tie up loose ends on rehearsal & event day.

Package begins at $2,200. All packages include a lead consultant & assistant on event day.

  • Planning Process          

    • We will schedule an initial meeting (aka coffee date) with you to explain fees & services

    • We require at least five meetings in the 1-2 before event day to discuss décor, music, vendors, ceremony details, & reception details

    • We permit unlimited phone call & email access

    • We will contact vendors the month of event

    • We are responsible for providing the event timeline

    • We will create a master list of all vendor & wedding contacts

    • We will develop and distribute wedding day timelines to all vendors

    • We will do a final walk-through of the venue to finalize design details & layout

 

  • Rehearsal

    • We will organize the wedding rehearsal

    • We will provide everyone in the wedding party a detailed itinerary for day of events

    • We will provide family members & special guests with a detailed itinerary for day of events

  • Wedding Day

    • We will be the key contact for vendors & ensure all tasks are complete

    • We provide onsite crisis management if any issues arise

    • We organize & distribute all wedding flowers to wedding party, family, & special guests

    • We provide a wedding day emergency kit

    • We oversee all on-site logistical transitions

    • We create a master checklist for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

    • We oversee ushers, readers, musicians, program & guest book attendants

    • We ensure all wedding party members are photo ready

    • We properly line up processional & cue musicians

    • We facilitate the wedding ceremony

    • We are the liaison to kitchen, venue, & banquet manager

    • We coordinate entertainment & all announcements/events during reception 

    • We distribute vendor gratuities & final payments

    • We coordinate grand exit

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

(8 required meetings in the 6 months before event day) This package fits well with clients who wish to plan their wedding with professional assistance & encouragement along the way. 

Package begins at $3,200 & includes all Event Management items plus a few perks:

  • Planning Process                     

    • We will schedule an initial meeting (aka coffee date) with you to explain fees & services

    • We require at least eight meetings in the seven-eight months before event day to discuss décor, music, vendors, ceremony details, & reception details

    • We assist in creating your Wedding Vision Board (basic ideas, design, colors, theme, style, guest count, venue etc.)

    • We will provide a monthly wedding checklist

    • We will accompany you to two vendor meetings (we recommend rental selection)

    • We will provide a budget-specific preferred vendor list (2 for each category)

    • We will assist in hotel room block accommodations 

    • We will assist in transportation & distribution of  wedding day favors

    • We will deliver welcome bags to hotel

    • We will assist in breakdown and cleanup in compliance with venue requirements

FULL PLANNING PACKAGE

(12 required meetings in the 12 months before event day) This package fits well with clients who wish to plan their wedding with professional assistance throughout each step of the wedding planning process.

Package begins at $6,000 & includes all Event Management & Partial Planning items.

  • Planning Process                     

    • We will schedule an initial meeting (aka coffee date) with you to explain fees & services

    • We require at least twelve meetings in the twelve months before event day

    • We act as lead planner in vendor research, booking, payment and communication

    • We bring to life design ideas and manifest them in your wedding day

    • We offer unlimited access to any and all wedding topics/questions

    • We manage budget and lock in effective cost-cutting measures throughout our year of planning together

    • We provide design assistance in stationary (save the dates & invitations)

    • We provide event design assistance and secure all event decor

    • We track vendor payment schedules and provide monthly reminders

    • We attend all vendor meetings 

    • We create & review the design of your wedding website
